Sinnington resident Martin Baxter is an information analyst with experience as an engineer and technology teacher.  He’s chairman of trustees for Ryedale in Touch Group for the blind and visually impaired, and was a key member of the team behind the Sinnington Parish Plan, which has been invaluable in gaining funding for village improvements.
